Truckerlogen is a volunteer community of truck drivers, run by its founders without any commercial purpose. This site is a simple static website — it collects no personal information about visitors, runs no tracking, and uses no analytics.

What data is collected
When you visit the site: Our hosting provider (simply.com) keeps standard server logs — IP address, date/time, which page you accessed, and which browser you used. These logs are used solely for operations and debugging and are kept for a limited time by the provider. We do not access them ourselves.
We do not use: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking or marketing technology. No visit statistics are shared with third parties.
We do not store: Cookies containing your personal information. There are no user accounts, no comments, and no contact forms on the site itself.
Local storage
When you click "Got it" in the cookie banner, we store your choice in the browser's local storage (localStorage) so the banner doesn't appear again on your next visit. This is a small technical note — it is not a cookie and not something we can read from the server. It contains only the value accepted and is tied to your browser only.
You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We do not load any third-party resources (fonts, scripts, images, or analytics) on the site itself. The typography (Inter and Oswald) is hosted locally with us.
The following external services we only link TO — they only open if you click them yourself:
Discord. Buttons on the site link to our Discord server (discord.com). If you click them, Discord's privacy terms apply: https://discord.com/privacy.
MobilePay. The donations page displays a MobilePay MyShop number, but the actual payment happens in the MobilePay app. We receive nothing other than the donation. MobilePay's terms: https://www.mobilepay.dk/privacy.
We have no data-sharing agreements with these services beyond what's technically required to use them.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the data a company holds about you. Since we don't actually hold any data on you, we have nothing to share. If you have any doubts or questions about how we handle data, write to kontakt@truckerlogen.dk — and we'll respond.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority if you believe our processing of personal data is incorrect. Their contact information is at https://www.datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top and bottom of the page will be updated.
